Peaking at the lettucesWe checked the lettuces again today and this warm weather has been good to them! They will be ready for harvest starting the end of this week! I also heard they will be picking some asparagus tomorrow! My favorite spring time veg!!! I can't wait!!
Today's menu:
Lunch- BBQ pork, mashed parsnips, sauteed ramps and spinach
Dinner- Citrus glazed pork chops, braised cabbage and apples, spinach/watercress salad with beauty heart radish and hickory nuts

Fun fact... I think of you now everytime I make asparagus! :) Remember when I was like I don't care where we eat but I want asparagus? ;)
